Learning & Development Lead

Are you passionate about building workforce and leadership capability that makes a real difference? We’re looking for a Learning & Development Lead to shape and strengthen enterprise learning across Powerco. In this role, you’ll design and govern practical, role-based learning systems that build capability aligned to strategic priorities, regulatory obligations and operational needs. You’ll help embed learning into day-to-day work so it delivers measurable improvements in performance, safety and leadership effectiveness.
