Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years in L&D or Talent management, preferably in the IT sector
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and employee capability building
  • Experience in coordinating training programs or HR initiatives preferred
  • Good organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and timelines effectively
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to execution
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and MS Office tools

What You Bring

Learning Program Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of training programs (technical, functional, soft skills, leadership etc )
  • Manage training calendars, nominations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
  • Ensure smooth delivery of instructor-led and virtual learning sessions

Capability Building & Content Support

  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and external vendors / internal trainers to design and deliver learning programs
  • Support creation and curation of learning content, including presentations, assessments, and learning paths
  • Assist in building structured learning journeys for different roles and levels

Learning Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain training records, dashboards, and reports on participation, effectiveness, and outcomes
  • Track learning KPIs and provide insights to improve program effectiveness
  • Select and implement LMS (Learning Management System) updates, user data, and course assignments

Employee Engagement & Development Initiatives

  • Support employee engagement programs, onboarding learning journeys, and skill enhancement initiatives
  • Own the new hire onboarding experience – both technical and cultural readiness
  • Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and community activities
  • Drive learning campaigns and initiatives to build a strong learning culture


Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with external training partners for program delivery and logistics
  • Manage end-to-end vendor interactions including scheduling, feedback, and payments
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify learning needs and priorities
  • Be aware of SAP and ServiceNow partnership statuses – Align with global leads to maintain this through certifications
