As our Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator, you will drive the local implementation of our country-level L&D strategy. You will partner closely with the Country Leader, Department Leads, and Operations Management to foster a high-performance learning culture. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of trainers focused on talent upskilling, onboarding, and continuous development. We are looking for a forward-thinking professional who possesses a deep curiosity and keen interest in AI, looking for ways to leverage modern technology to enhance learning outcomes.
