About the Role
Reporting to: Associate Director, Talent Management and Culture
Location: Hochiminh City
Function: Human Resources | Department: Talent Management and Culture
Learning Outcomes
Gain hands-on experience in training operations, including planning, coordinating, and executing corporate learning programs
Develop strong organizational, stakeholder communication, and project coordination skills in a professional HR/L&D environment
Prepare training materials and tools.
Coordinate schedules, venues, and equipment for training sessions
Draft and compose training announcements, reminders, and follow-ups
Ensure clear and timely communication with participants and stakeholders
Assist during training sessions (check-in, facilitation support, issue handling)
Work closely with trainers and participants to ensure smooth delivery
Assist in formatting slides, handouts, and basic learning materials
Collect feedback, compile evaluation results, and track action items
Handle documentation, filing, and other coordination tasks for the Learning team
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good written and verbal communication (Vietnamese & basic English preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
Positive attitude toward administrative and operational work
