Job Description

• Collaborates with instructional designers, and training providers to expand and keep up to date the content of our technology-based training programs and all other programs that may come as business demand.
• Keeps the knowledge and guides the process around how upskilling happens in GCP, SailPoint, CyberArc, Microsoft, SAP, NOW and other technical learning platforms for certification etc.
• Adopts and advertises the digital learning platforms available in the organization – Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, Global Learning Management System (GLMS) portfolio.
• Co-partners with management and team members to make the most of bench time and keep the certification up to date. Close communication with managers and team leads to identify development needs for their teams.
• Researches available opportunities for training/certification delivery by management and team members’ requests, coordinating dates, invitations, arrangement of facilities and participants. Leads the Internship program and contributes to the Leadership developmental initiatives.
• Organizes, facilitates / leads internal knowledge sessions, workshops & presentations on developmental, technical upskilling and other related topics.
• Producing and interpreting systematic L&D reporting data.
• Reports directly to Head of People & Culture.

Qualifications

• Understanding of current and curiosity about upcoming technologies on a company level.
• Experience in advisory and consulting business.
• Prioritization skills, switching between strategy and basics, tech and soft skills, dynamic communication and behind the scenes support of others.
• Public speaking experience and presentation skills is a must.
