Job Description

Seniority Level: Associate

#Ownership

Brewing the world’s most loved beers and building brands consumers love, AB InBev is where ownership, ambition, and action thrive. Our portfolio of iconic brands includes global classics like Stella Artois and Corona, and well-known favorites such as Samson, Leffe, and Hoegaarden. We empower you to dream big, lead change, and create a long-lasting legacy. We value relentless problem-solvers who take accountability, embrace challenges, and turn bold goals into results through resilience and hard work.

We have two openings in our Zone EUR Learning & Development team and depending on your strengths and interests, you will be considered for whichever role fits best.

About the roles

Both roles bring AB InBev’s people-development agenda to life across Europe — turning global strategy into a consistent, high-quality experience, and making sure it is delivered flawlessly within the Zone.

As Learning & Development Expert, you would own the broad L&D agenda for the Zone: translating global L&D plans into a European roadmap, complementing them with local initiatives, running the company’s onboarding and mentorship programs end to end, supporting the learning platforms, and analyzing gaps to build clear action plans.

As Talent & Trainee Programs Expert, you would own the Zone EUR Talent & Trainee Programs leading their planning, coordinating delivery and events across Europe, managing their budgets, and ensuring every trainee and talent is equipped to grow into an AB InBev future leader.

What you’ll do — in both roles

  • Lead the planning and day-to-day coordination of your programs and all related events across Europe
  • Own the full lifecycle of program delivery — design, content, communications, logistics, and follow-up
  • Provide on-site support at events, ensuring smooth delivery, technical and room set-up, and coordination of participants and speakers
  • Drive continuous improvement — benchmark against other organizations and market trends, and identify ways to simplify, standardize, and automate processes within your scope
  • Track and report regularly on activity, outcomes, and impact, and own the survey and feedback process to boost NPS
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for your area across Zone EUR, and represent Zone EUR L&D with Global L&D and other teams

As Learning & Development Expert

  • Translate AB InBev’s global L&D plans into a clear European roadmap aligned with Zone priorities, and design local initiatives that address specific business needs
  • Run the company’s onboarding and mentorship programs end to end
  • Support the company’s learning platforms — keeping content, learning paths, and user access up to date, and working with platform owners and vendors to improve the experience
  • Run regular analysis of learning and capability gaps, translating findings into practical action plans

As Talent & Trainee Programs Expert

  • Manage the budget for the Trainee & Talent Programs and track spend against plan
  • Coordinate onboarding for trainees with teams across the business, so each one starts with the right equipment, access, and information
  • Act as the main point of contact for trainees throughout their programs
  • Keep VPs, BU Presidents, and other trainers and mentors well informed about their role, and follow up to confirm participation and preparation
  • Manage the booking of all event logistics — meeting rooms, catering, accommodation, and occasional flights

The challenges of the roles

  • Balancing global alignment with local needs across multiple countries
  • Delivering programs at consistent quality while managing internal customers remotely
  • Improving and transforming programs while still running them day to day
  • Combining strategic work with hands-on, on-the-ground delivery
  • Coordinating a wide network of internal partners and external vendors
  • Engaging senior leaders and keeping them committed to delivery
  • Working at pace in a quickly changing environment

What you bring

  • University degree
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development
  • Experience in project and event management, and in planning and rolling out initiatives across more than one location will be an advantage
  • Experience in remote stakeholder management
  • Customer-centric mindset with advanced stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to standardize processes across countries
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel; stress-resistant and well organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI and PowerAutomate a plus
  • Fluent English; Dutch or French is an advantage

Benefits

  • Benefits for you and your family to help your physical and mental health
  • pension contributions (2,5%)
  • 25 days of holidays per year
  • Employee benefits to help your physical and mental health and overall well-being (Accident, Health and Luggage insurance
  • Benefity points
  • A beer allowance to enjoy our brands
  • Meal vouchers
  • Local Bonus
  • 26 weeks paid leave for primary caregivers
