Our client is looking for a Learning & Development Executive to support the development of employees across the organisation. The role is ideal for a people-focused professional who enjoys facilitating learning experiences, coordinating training initiatives, and contributing to a culture of continuous development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new employees.
• Organise, facilitate, and evaluate training programmes across the organisation.
• Support the identification of learning and development needs and source appropriate training solutions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the annual training plan.
• Work with internal trainers to develop engaging training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance records, and learning and development metrics.
• Support performance management, talent development, and career development initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training providers regarding training programmes, certifications, and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the organisation's learning and development strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Learning and Development role.
• Experience in recruitment through social media platforms will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions and engage effectively with employees at different levels.
• HR-related qualification or advanced education will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset.
• Proactive, approachable, and passionate about supporting employee development.
