Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking an organized, proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to help bring employee training and sales performance initiatives to life. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating details, working with people and systems, and building a career in learning and development.

You’ll support everything from new hire training and company orientation to learning system administration, reporting, and sales meeting logistics. Your work will help our leaders spend more time coaching and developing their teams.

About the Role: Learning & Development Coordinator

You will partner with our Learning & Development Manager, Director of HR & Recruitment, and Sales Leadership team to support key aspects of our learning and development strategy, including new hire training, ongoing employee development, performance management, and sales training initiatives. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to learning and development programs across the company as we continue to grow.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of Litmos, our learning management system (LMS). Assign training, track progress, maintain accurate records, and help employees and managers stay on track with development goals.
• Help create engaging training experiences by supporting instructional design, reviewing course content, and testing courses before launch.
• Help shape the employee learning experience, from company orientation and new hire onboarding to department training and leadership development.
• Champion the use of Predictive Index, a behavioral assessment tool that helps leaders better understand people and build effective teams. Maintain profiles, share insights and resources, and help managers put the tool to work.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to put performance management strategies into action, including development plans, check-ins, training follow-up, and progress tracking.
• Turn sales performance data into useful insights by preparing reports that help leaders identify coaching opportunities and measure progress.
• Bring sales meetings, training workshops, and our annual Sales Kickoff Meeting to life by coordinating the details that make each event successful.
• Take ownership of the sales tools and materials employees rely on, from apparel and product kits to printed resources. Keep inventory organized, anticipate needs, and coordinate distribution.
• Create a welcoming, well-organized new hire training experience by coordinating travel, meals, materials, and classroom preparation.
• Spot opportunities to improve how we organize and deliver training, and work with HR and Learning & Development to make those improvements happen.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in administration, education, HR, training, project coordination, or a related area.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, reports, and learning new systems.
• Ability to manage several projects and recurring deadlines at once.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of the details.
• Ability to work well with employees and leaders across departments.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
