HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We're seeking a motivated L&D Coordinator to join our dynamic Swiss Learning & Development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating all aspects of our Swiss L&D function, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and engaging delivery of training programs across the country. You will be part of a passionate team responsible for crafting tailored programs that directly align with our strategic vision, making a real impact.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Training organisation

    • Coordinate with external vendors to schedule training sessions online and onsite.

    • Manage catering arrangements across multiple locations and ensure timely delivery of services.

    • Confirm participation, send participant lists to the vendor before the training, and send evaluation forms to the participants at the end of the training.

  • Learning Management System management (LMS)

    • Create and manage learning events and sessions within our LMS (Cornerstone), including registration management, and sessions closure.

    • Provide support to other services when it is necessary to historize training courses in the system or create new training courses.

  • Administration support:

    • Track and process invoices in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors.

    • Monitor the global view of invoices and support the Head of Swiss Learning and Development in following up the L&D Budget.

    • Effectively support internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear and timely information flow.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

We are looking for a talented L&D Coordinator who can demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Learning & Development or similar environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • At ease with digital tool and system such as an LMS or SAP.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Customer-centric mindset for addressing diverse stakeholder needs.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in French and professional level in English.
