About the role


The Role

Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm, tenacity and relationship building skills to the HR Department of our Glasgow Head Office?

At GAP Hire Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Co-ordinator who will facilitate the deliver of training and development programmes across the business. The role ensures that employees receive the appropriate training to remain compliant, competent and effective int their roles. This is a fast-paced, high volume role in which you will work closely with Managers across the organisation, head office functions and external training providers.


About You

What We're Looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role where you have used a Learning Management System to administer and coordinate training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders an external training providers
• Excellent data management and reporting skills and a strong understanding of health and safety with a commitment to providing safe working practices
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced working environment
