The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator.

Key accountabilities :

• Plan and facilitate the orientation program.
• Coordinate and lead HSH and Peninsula training sessions.
• Assist internal trainers.
• Manage training registrations and logistics.
• Update the training plan.
• Maintain dashboards and propose monitoring tools.

General requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Previous experience in People & Culture and/or training.
• English required.
