As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the delivery of training and development across the business by providing end-to-end administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS). You will play a key role in coordinating training activities, managing data and systems, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service for internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This role offers exposure to multiple business areas and systems, with opportunities to develop your skills within a growing and fast-paced environment.

Core duties:

  • Administer training courses, including class and delegate management within the LMS
  • Coordinate training schedules, including booking venues and arranging required logistics and security access
  • Obtain quotes from external suppliers and support course setup to ensure value for money
  • Maintain and update training records, including processing certificates and managing course documentation
  • Monitor course utilisation and produce reports to support decision-making
  • Manage correspondence, session communications, and general administrative tasks for the team
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support effective training delivery
  • Support continuous improvement activities and contribute to team meetings

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Experience working in a data-driven environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. data handling, spreadsheets, reporting)
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and working with high attention to detail
  • Experience using business systems (e.g. LMS, HR systems, or similar platforms)

The Talent and Learning Team:

You’ll be joining a collaborative and growing Talent & Learning team within a centralised Shared Services function, supporting colleagues across a wide range of business areas. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality learning administration and coordination, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure a seamless training experience.
