
Responsibilities
·Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person)
·Manage learning logistics, including calendars, facilitators, materials, room bookings, and technology
·Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): enroll learners, track completion, and generate reports
·Support the development and updating of training materials, job aids, and resources
·Assist in the facilitation of learning programs such as New Hire Orientation, Service Excellence, Zoom Production, and more, both in person and virtually
·Assist in the development of eLearning courses using Captivate, Storyline, or other software
·Communicate training opportunities and reminders to employees and managers
·Provide logistical and material support for learning specialists’ training needs
·Track attendance, completion rates, and evaluation feedback
·Assist with needs assessments and skills gap analyses
·Support compliance and mandatory training requirements
·Collaborate with Human Resources, managers, and external vendors to support learning initiatives
·Maintain accurate training records and documentation
·Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
·Minimum three (3) year experience in learning & development, Human Resources, or program coordination experience required
·Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
·Familiarity with instructional design principles preferred
·Familiarity with eLearning software such as Captivate or Storyline preferred
·Strong organizational and project coordination skills
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
·Customer-service mindset with a passion for employee development
