Roles & Responsibilities -
Own and deliver sales onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing capability programs
Partner with sales leaders to understand skill gaps and translate needs into practical learning solutions
Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences (live, virtual, and blended)
Create and maintain sales learning content (playbooks, job aids, guides, reinforcement tools)
Support sales managers with tools and frameworks to reinforce learning in the field
Analyze feedback and performance data to improve learning effectiveness
