We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys balancing consulting, instructional design, facilitation, and learning technology. As a Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner, you will play a key role in building the capabilities that drive business performance and growth. Partnering closely with business leaders, sales leadership, HR, and L&D colleagues, you will identify development opportunities and create learning solutions that strengthen individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.
A core focus of this role is designing, developing, and delivering impactful sales and product training programs while supporting learning needs across multiple business functions. You will create engaging, learner-centered experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and digital formats, helping employees build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed.
You'll also play an important role in managing learning programs within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless learner experience through effective administration, reporting, and program support.

The base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $139,000 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
