Learning & Development Business Partner Saxbys | Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) | $70,000/year + annual bonus + benefits
Make Life Better — for the students who lead our cafes.
Saxbys isn't just a coffee company. We're an experiential learning platform disguised as a cafe — where college students run the show as Student CEOs, and every cup poured is part of their leadership development. We're looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to help build the training that makes that possible.
The Learning & Development Business Partner supports Saxbys’ Operations team by building and maintaining the training that prepares student team members to succeed in the cafe. This role works under the direction of the Director of L&D and in close partnership with Operations Implementation to assess training needs across cafe roles, close content gaps and keep training and compliance content current. The role also manages the day-to-day grading, enrollment, and reporting for Saxbys' Experiential Learning Platform (ELP), and supports HQ learning initiatives as capacity allows.

Saxbys is a national education company – disguised as a coffee company – on a mission to Make Life Better by supporting and empowering the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs through experiential learning.
Through the Experiential Learning Platform, Saxbys builds educational partnerships to launch on-campus cafes designed for and led by students. Saxbys E.L.P. cafes provide exceptional, paid, experiential learning opportunities for all students, regardless of major or desired career path. At Saxbys, students develop transferable, industry-agnostic power skills and real, tangible stories of leadership, supercharging their entry into the workforce after graduation. The Saxbys E.L.P. pushes learning beyond the classroom to drive impact outcomes that align with and enhance our education partners’ strategic priorities related to enrollment, retention, belonging, graduation, and career outcomes.
