Are you looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator at a leading global professional services firm where you will have great opportunity to gain valuable work experience by learning the ropes of more experienced professionals?

We are looking for an enthusiastic L&D Coordinator to join our firm with below major responsibilities and job requirements:

Major responsibilities

• Support on material preparation before each course and facilitate the organizing of training courses
• Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre – course with participants
• Support in managing attendance of each class
• Support on putting attendance record into the SuccessFactors
• Support L&D team in compulsory reports preparation
• Support in VACPA exam registration for employees
• Other tasks assigned by L&D Managers

Job requirements

• Graduated with bachelor’s degree majoring in Business, Language, etc.
• English proficiency (verbal & written)
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Attentive to details, mature and result-oriented
• Teamwork spirit
