Job Description

  • Full time in Wangara
  • Construction contractor
  • Ensure the workforce is skilled, safe, and certified

THE ROLE

Maintain training records and the provision of training administration support across Duratec and its subsidiary’s.

Update training database with current certificates, internal/external training and licenses

  • Maintain the training inbox and respond to queries
  • Assist with the compilation of monthly training reports to management and HSEQ personnel
  • Assist with the maintenance of the national RTO supplier list
  • Support the maintenance of internal record management and LMS system, Moodle
  • Complete other adhoc training administration (i.e wage subsidies) and undertake other training projects as required
  • Liaise with training providers, site managers, and the HR team

ABOUT YOU

  • Administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of MS products – word, excel, outlook
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certificate in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • Drivers Licence
  • Experience working in a training team or organisation
