We are looking for a Learning Developer who can transform instructional designs into engaging digital learning modules. In this role, you will build interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and Rise, combining strong development skills with thoughtful visual design.
You will work closely with instructional designers and project teams to convert storyboards and scripts into polished learning modules used by global organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the hands-on craft of building learning experiences and exploring modern tools including AI-assisted graphics and content creation
Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
Translate storyboards and scripts into polished learning experiences with clear learner flow and strong interaction design.
Create or adapt graphics and visual elements that enhance the clarity and engagement of learning modules.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as animations, images, audio, and basic video components.
Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate graphic creation and visual production when appropriate.
Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
Perform quality checks to ensure modules function correctly across browsers, devices, and LMS environments.
Manage your own development work while meeting project timelines and delivery standards.
Strong hands-on experience building learning modules in Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
Ability to translate storyboards into well-structured interactive learning experiences.
Experience creating or adapting graphics and visual elements to support digital learning.
Comfort working with multimedia elements such as images, audio, animations, and simple video assets.
Experience using AI tools for graphics or visual asset generation is a plus.
Familiarity with SCORM and LMS environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage development work independently.
Clear communication skills when collaborating with instructional designers and project teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education, or a related field.
Typically 2–5 years of experience developing eLearning or digital learning content.
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating eLearning development are strongly preferred.
Work on learning programs used by major global organizations.
Build modern digital learning experiences using industry-leading authoring tools.
Collaborate with experienced learning designers and developers in a delivery-focused environment.
