Job Description

If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.

Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.

In this role, you'll:

  • Be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build capability and deliver real impact across the organisation. You’ll design blended learning programs that combine creativity, strong instructional design principles, and digital innovation to meet both business and regulatory needs.
  • You’ll work closely with business units, subject matter experts, and industry partners to scope learning requirements, develop course content, and ensure each solution meets compliance standards while engaging learners.
  • This is a great opportunity for an experienced instructional designer who thrives on managing projects end-to-end, translating complex information into accessible, impactful learning, and driving continuous improvement in how learning is delivered.
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning materials and digital artefacts aligned to client and organisational needs.
  • Partner with business units and subject matter experts to scope learning outcomes, identify delivery methods, and determine assessment approaches.
  • Project manage multiple design initiatives, including consultation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
  • Conduct functional task analyses and risk-based training needs assessments to support curriculum development.
  • Develop detailed learning artefacts such as Learning and Assessment Strategies (TAS), storyboards, facilitator guides, and supporting materials.
  • Create assessments that accurately measure learner competence in both technical and soft skill areas.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and apply the 2025 Standards for RTOs across all learning solutions.
  • Keep up to date with learning technologies, industry trends, and best practices in instructional design.
