Your Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in learning development, to join our team as Learning Design Coordinator.

The Learning Design Coordinator supports the Learning Design team by coordinating the integration of translated content into learning deliverables, implementing course updates, and performing quality assurance to help ensure the highest-quality learning deliverables.

This role plays a key operational function, partnering with learning to keep Stantec learning experiences accurate and accessible.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with learning designers and translation teams to incorporate translated content into finalized learning deliverables (including digital courseware, instructor-led materials, audio, videos, and other learning resources) using the Articulate Suite (Rise and Storyline), Vyond, and/or other learning software as required.
• Make specific updates to existing course content using the Articulate Suite (Rise and Storyline), Vyond, and/or other learning software as required.
• Perform quality assurance testing support on learning deliverables, in partnership with learning designers.
• Serve as producer and owner of training logistics for virtual facilitated and/or in-person training sessions (schedule sessions, produce sessions, gather and record attendance, etc.).
• Assist learning design team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Proficiency with digital learning authoring tools (Articulate Suite, Vyond)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PPT, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently as well as within a dispersed global team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Experience working as an integrated global team, collaborating with teammates and stakeholders across time zones
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, peers, and clients, internally
• Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently motivated with minimal supervision
• French and/or Spanish language skills are considered an asset.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in learning development.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
