Department & Position Overview:
The Learning & Content Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining a centralized knowledge base, managing the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), and creating learning assets to support employee and caregiver training. This role ensures that our workforce has access to the right information at the right time while championing user-friendly and engaging content across multiple platforms. This position requires a blend of content development, knowledge management, LMS administration, and instructional design skills to drive efficient learning and information-sharing across FreedomCare.

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
