Primary Details

Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThe purpose of this role is to lead a high-performing team focused on Business Process Re-Engineering/Continuous Improvement/Process Governance. This role involves aligning team priorities with senior stakeholders, maintaining a sustainable work pipeline, and influencing leaders on process simplification. The role also entails rallying team members to achieve agreed objectives through a broad understanding of frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence senior leaders on leveraging framework to simplify processes.
  • Enable team members to contribute to business unit strategy discussions related to process simplification.
  • Ensure alignment with senior leaders on focus areas and priorities.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of core capabilities and services among senior leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, industry codes, and company policies.
  • Initiate and capitalise on best practices and innovations.
  • Complete all required advice and compliance training successfully.
  • Drive continuous business process improvement aligned with business unit KPIs.
  • Encourage team members to demonstrate company values and core capabilities.
  • Manage operational and organisational design effectively.

Work Experience:

Necessary Work Experience includes:

  • Moderate relevant experience.

Preferred Work Experience includes:

  • Moderate experience managing or leading others.
  • Practiced in building and improving business processes.
  • Strong operational and service background.

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
