
The position is responsible for administering Learning Center activities including development and execution of consistent participant-centered programming and curriculum; teaching and providing educational resources and opportunities; building referral networks; educational intakes; responding to and resolving participant conflicts and grievances; and supervising Learning Center staff.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
Licensure and/or Certification: First Aid/CPR preferred.
Job Experience 1 year of social service setting and experience working with people who are homeless preferred
Special Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of issues surrounding homelessness, mental illness and chemical dependency and MISA issues; proficiency in Microsoft Office software, effective oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, conflict management and crisis intervention skills; demonstrate clear and professional boundaries; act in a professional manner.
