LBP Leadership and Team Effectiveness

We are looking for a Learning Business Partner - Leadership & Team Effectiveness, reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager based out of the NBS Center in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for the roll-out of all learning solutions related to leadership and transferable skills development for all markets in zone Asia, Oceania, Africa. You will also be responsible for the delivery of team assessment & team effectiveness learning solutions and implementation of the Global Coaching & Mentoring Vision and Strategy across the zone.

This role can be performed from NBS Manila (Philippines) as preferrable location to be based, benefiting from the proximity with your extended team members.

A Day in Your Life

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the zone with their leadership & capability building agenda.

  • Contribute to the definition of organizational, team and individual transferable skills and leadership development needs within the zone in coordination with Corp. L&D team.
  • Oversee bottoms-up Training Needs Consolidation and transform them into deployment plans and pipeline for new solution developments.
  • Provide guidance for leveraging existing Learning Infrastructure to cover those Needs.
  • Act as first level for Learning Insights review, benchmarks and identify areas of learning/development gaps for targeted personas.
  • Organize and deliver/facilitate at zone level the identified set of Leadership and transferable skills related solutions/interventions
  • Drive regional coaching and mentoring networks, including Gallup, 360, and ICF certified coaches.
  • Organize regional Development Assessment Centers, Guide and Support markets for local Development Assessment Centers in Leadership domain.
  • Drive functional capability building for Corporate Functions (i.e HR, Finance) when required, in collaboration with the Corporate SMEs/Capability Building Leads.
  • Support the larger organization for the co-delivery of the leadership catalogue; also provide ad hoc support for the implementation of non-shareable interventions.
  • Ensure 5Di (Define, Discover, Design, Develop, Deploy, Improve) process for all new Learning Interventions as defined by Corporate Learning and Development.
  • Evaluate existing curricula for target audience penetration, effectiveness, impact on business goals and objectives, and carry out content strategy in consultation with Corporate Leadership Development Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client markets, zone, functions and corporate L&D to achieve a trusted advisor status, service as the primary interface between the business and Learning Delivery team.

What will make you successful

  • 8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years of experience in managing, designing, delivering/facilitating learning programs in capability building with proven understanding of leadership and transferable skills development drivers in the business context.
  • Experience in development and delivery of talent, psychometrics and other assessment solutions.
  • Familiarity with assessment methodologies and external certifications in multiple assessment solutions will be an added advantage.
  • External Certifications in coaching and/or recognized coaching experience is a plus.
  • Ability to think long term and create a solution design pipeline.
  • Experience in managing complex learning programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging contemporary employee development models and technologies for skill building.
  • Proven history of successfully applying adult learning theory in a fast-paced environment, producing measurable impact.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with senior leaders and ability to collaborate & build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage priorities in an adaptable and flexible manner.
  • Cross cultural & global sensitivity skills.
  • Passion for promoting a culture of learning.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
