Key Accountabilities:
Engage and collaborate with the different functions todiscuss traininginitiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes
Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle - needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitorand evaluate results and impact
Provide high-quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice, support service to assist in developing workforce capability
Handle small-scale projects and programsand function-wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives
Supportorganization-widescale programs in the organization
Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the program and be creative to maximize the useof the L&D budget
Utilize L&D best practice to find ways to improve our L&D approaches and to keep up to date with emerging L&D trends
Facilitatetraining sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually
Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:
University graduate of any business-related course
Must have at least3-4years’ experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined
1-2 years relevant work experience in managing and executing programs
Experience in using Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platforms
Experience in process improvement and project management
Experience in eLearning instructional design is a plus

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Project Managementskills
Ability to proactively respond to situations
Excellent analyticalandproblem-solvingskills
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must).
Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.
Ability to work inan ambiguousenvironment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.
