Key Accountabilities
Co-facilitate orientation programmes and ensure compliance completions.
Deliver selected trainings (guest experience, culture, service principles).
Assist in developing learning materials and digital content.
Coordinate and support learning programmes, including cross-training, exposure plans, Emerging Manager Programme, and MT initiatives.
Manage course enrolments, attendance tracking, completion follow-ups, and communication.
Support departmental trainers’ meetings and contribute to strengthening departmental training culture.
Provide guidance and feedback to departmental trainers on training plans and documentation.
Lead accuracy and maintenance of the Learning Management System and produce dashboards and reports.
Promote Learning Key content and encourage usage across departments.
