The Positional Training & Safety Instructor plays a key role in developing and empowering employees through hands-on training, onboarding, and continuous coaching in a fast-paced operational environment. This position partners closely with Operations, Training & Development, and Safety leadership to drive employee success, strengthen safety awareness, and support operational excellence. Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental new hires, overseeing onboarding and role-specific training.
Deliver hands-on training, coaching, and reinforcement practices that improve safety, operational efficiency, and employee performance.
Collaborate closely with Operations teams to support Training & Development and Safety programs aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct safety inspections, observations, and audits to ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
Provide ongoing feedback to leadership and supervisors regarding employee progress, training effectiveness, and performance.
Maintain a coach and mentor mindset to support employee growth and foster a positive work environment.
Identify workplace safety concerns and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
