We are looking for a passionate and engaging Trainer (Pioneer AU Retail Account) to support onboarding, refresher training, and continuous learning initiatives within our operations team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in facilitation, coaching, and employee development who enjoys helping teams improve performance and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees

  • Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs

  • Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge enhancement activities

  • Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations

  • Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e-learning content

  • Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement

  • Conduct post-training assessments and track training effectiveness

  • Ensure training documentation and materials are updated and aligned with operational requirements

  • Work closely with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development

  • Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a related role

  • Experience facilitating training sessions in a BPO, shared services, or similar environment

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Amenable to work on a predominantly dayshift schedule and fully work onsite in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City
