Learning and Development Trainer

Department: Shared Services

Location: Tacloban - Himalayan, PH

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs across various formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
• Assess training needs and create learning solutions to enhance employee performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Reinforce current initiatives that support operational excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, training facilitation, and instructional design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS applications and training delivery platforms.
• Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Background in graphic design is a plus.
