Your Opportunity
This full time permanent role will suit a professional who thrives on leadership development, designing engaging learning programs, and making a tangible impact on performance.

Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, you will play a key role in driving capability across the business through the design, delivery and continuous improvement of development programs and projects aligned to the Learning and Development strategy.

This role will initially commence in our Osborne Park office; however we will be moving offices into the Perth CBD area late 2026.

With a high degree of variety and creative freedom, this role sits within a collaborative, engaged team focused on delivering meaningful business outcomes and impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives, with the freedom to shape programs, design workshops and tools, and implement leadership frameworks that build capability and effective team performance.
  • Partner with functional leads and key stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them to practical learning solutions.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development support to leaders to strengthen leadership capability and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent development initiatives, including high-potential programs that identify and develop emerging leaders.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the Learning and development strategy aligned to business priorities and capability needs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth across the business.


What You ‘Can Do’

  • Strong learning design capability, with experience developing end-to-end programs from a brief or identified capability need.
  • Proven experience in facilitation and coaching, delivering engaging learning sessions and supporting leaders to build capability and improve performance.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on coordination and day-to-day execution, adapting flexibly between design, planning, and delivery tasks.
  • Knowledge of Leadership capability development, including frameworks, tools, and best practice approaches.
  • Experience in partnering with business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Organisational Development, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Accreditation in DiSC and 5 Behaviors is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Engineering, Mining, and/or Construction sectors is preferred.
