About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Global Learning & Development, this role is a hands-on, end-to-end learning professional responsible for assessing organizational needs, shaping enterprise learning strategies, and delivering impactful development solutions. You will join a global team of learning professionals delivering enterprise-wide learning and skills development for all employees.
This role operates at the intersection of business strategy and employee growth, ensuring learning initiatives are aligned to organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.
As part of a global organization, this role requires flexibility to work across multiple time zones, with a primary focus on U.S. business hours. Working hours may vary based on program delivery needs, particularly when facilitating live sessions for global audiences.
This is a highly execution-focused individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on program ownership and live facilitation. The individual will manage learning programs end-to-end while regularly delivering instructor-led sessions to global audiences across multiple time zones.
What You’ll Do
• Assess organizational and business needs to define enterprise-level learning strategies and develop targeted, outcome-driven solutions
• Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, (e.g., new manager training, leadership workshops, core skill-building series) including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and evaluation
• Facilitate live, instructor-led training sessions as a core and recurring responsibility, delivering engaging experiences across virtual and in-person environments for global audiences
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning solutions across virtual, in-person, and digital formats, including live sessions, presentation slides, facilitator guides, job aids, and simple digital resources, using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Apply instructional design principles such as microlearning, adult learning theory, and scenario-based design to create clear, practical, and effective learning experiences
• Translate business challenges into effective, scalable learning approaches, recommending the right mix of facilitated, digital, and blended solutions, including when to build new content versus leverage existing resources
• Partner with cross-functional L&D teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design and deliver enterprise-wide, scalable learning solutions
• Plan and manage L&D programs, workshops, and events, including logistics, communications, and coordination
• Leverage learning technologies and AI to design, deliver, and continuously improve scalable, engaging learning experiences
• Define and track success metrics beyond level 1 NPS, using data and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement and business impact
• Stay current with emerging L&D trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness
Skills and Experience We Value
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Communications, Education, Talent, Learning & Development, or a related field , with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and take ownership, with strong judgment for creating scalable solutions that are simple, clear, and concise—focusing on impact over complexity or over-design
• A scrappy, resourceful mindset with experience delivering high-quality work using minimal tools or resources; this role is not centered on advanced design/eLearning tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Rise, Captivate, Vyond)
• Demonstrated experience facilitating live training sessions for diverse, global audiences with strong presence and engagement
• Proven ability to own and deliver programs end-to-end with structure, consistency, and quality
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across multiple modalities (virtual, in-person, digital)
• Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with a strong ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and business-appropriate manner across documentation, stakeholder communications, and presentations
• Experience using LMS platforms and modern learning technologies
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance learning design, streamline delivery, and improve learner engagement is highly desirable
• Experience in instructional design and content development (e.g., presentations, eLearning, video, writing scripts) is a plus
• Strategic and adaptable mindset, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to business outcomes and execute effectively
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and independently drive work forward to meet deadlines
