  , you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that empower employees with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to succeed. You'll facilitate onboarding programs, deliver impactful learning initiatives, and help continuously enhance our Learning Academy to ensure employees have the tools they need to perform at their best.

  Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you'll turn learning needs into engaging, practical programs that support both individual growth and organizational success.

• 
  Facilitate engaging onboarding programs for new employees.
• 
  Deliver and continuously improve internal learning and development programs.
• 
  Guide learners through structured development pathways using the Learning Management System (LMS).
• 
  Become proficient in existing learning content, systems, and learning portals to facilitate training confidently.
• 
  Design and develop learning materials, including:

    Facilitator guides
  • 
    Presentations

    Videos

    Assessments
  • 
    E-learning resources

  Monitor learner progress, completion rates, and training effectiveness.
