What you’ll do
The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination, administration and continuous improvement of learning and competency systems, ensuring that all employees are appropriately trained, competent in their roles, and compliant with internal, regulatory and safety requirements.
A key initial focus of the role is to establish and validate a comprehensive training and competency framework, clearly mapping roles to required skills and qualifications, and ensuring that all training records are accurate, current and centrally managed within the Employment Hero system.

To enable your success in the role, the following skills and experience will be required:
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience in safety-critical, industrial or operational environments would be advantageous but not essential.

Rail First is proud to be the only domestic manufacturer of intermodal equipment in Australia. We can build 40’ and 60’ skeletal and 48’ well wagons to meet your needs.
Our sites are strategically located in Adelaide, Sydney and Regional NSW on the rail network in Australia. We are continually expanding the scope of our leasing solutions and our service and workshop facility footprint nationally.
Rail First Asset Management has been in operation since the privatisation of the rail industry in the late 1990’s, originally as a subsidiary of the Sasser Family Holdings, Inc. (SFH) a 4th generation, family-owned transportation asset services company with experience dating back to 1928 in the USA.
The group is now owned by Amber Infrastructure Group and DIF Capital Partners, which also have significant experience globally in asset management, leasing and financing.
