  • Build organisation-wide learning curriculum and oversee end-to-end programme operations.
  • Facilitate key programmes, where needed, and equip Functional Specialists to deliver effectively.
  • Identify, curate and deploy blended solutions to strengthen learning effectiveness and agility, where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Agile team to curate customised learning plans to strengthen Agile adoption.

4) Stakeholder Management & Influence

  • Advise on and challenge “sponsorship requests”, when needed, to ensure learning outcomes are aligned to roles and business priorities.
  • Align multiple stakeholders, manage expectations, and communicate scope, timelines, dependencies, and decisions clearly and proactively.

5) Vendor, Programme & Budget Management

  • Oversee HRDC administration and vendor management.
  • Source and manage training vendors in terms of scope, commercials, SLAs, quality assurance, and delivery.

  • Build dashboards / insights for decision-making.
  • Report learning value and ROI and identify data-driven improvement opportunities.

7) Compliance, Mandatory Learning & Systems Enablement

  • Ensure learning solutions meet AIA policies and standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee mandatory learning rollout and tracking.

Minimum Job Requirements:
