Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $55,400.00 $83,200.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details

The Learning and Development Associate supports the execution of learning programs by performing defined coordination, administrative, and delivery support activities under close guidance. The role focuses on scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and learner communications to ensure training sessions run smoothly and consistently. Working with Learning and Development partners and facilitators, the Associate assists with learning delivery and documentation while building foundational knowledge of learning processes and tools. The role develops core professional skills through structured work and clear direction.
You will report to the Talent Lead.
This is a hybrid position that is based in Lake Forest 2 days a week.
You Will

  • Executes learning programs and workshops by following defined plans, instructions, and processes to ensure consistent, reliable delivery and a positive learner experience.
  • Coordinates scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and participant communications to ensure learning events are well‑organized, timely, and operationally sound.
  • Maintains accurate learning records, documentation, and content repositories using established standards and templates to support compliance, reporting, and knowledge continuity.
  • Provides in‑session logistical and technology support—including room setup, virtual platform management, and materials distribution—to enable smooth and uninterrupted training delivery.
  • Supports facilitators during learning sessions by assisting with session flow and learner engagement activities as directed, helping sessions run as designed.
  • Delivers limited portions of learning content or activities using prescribed materials and close guidance to build foundational facilitation skills while maintaining content quality and consistency.
  • Collects, organizes, and summarizes attendance data and participant feedback to support program evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborates with Learning and Development team members and HR partners to complete assigned tasks and support program execution, ensuring alignment with learning priorities and timelines.
You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field required
  • 1+ years Supporting Training, HR Programs, or Administrative Coordination preferred
  • Basic familiarity with learning environments, training logistics, and learning technologies, including LMS and virtual classroom tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to support effective interactions with participants and stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow defined processes, instructions, and standards with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Demonstrates willingness and ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes with guidance and feedback.
  • Works effectively as a team member, seeking input to improve performance and support shared goals.
