About the role:

As a key player in our team, you'll collaborate closely with managers across Company Shop Group to identify training needs and craft captivating digital and classroom based training courses. This role is a unique blend of content design and delivery within a diverse retail business.

You will also support the coordination and administration of learning and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, maintaining accurate training records, managing learning system data, and ensuring colleagues across the business have a smooth and engaging learning experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design engaging and innovative learning experiences, including interactive workshops, digital modules, gamified content, and bite-sized video learning.
  • Partner with managers across the business to identify development needs and create impactful learning solutions.
  • Continuously review and update training materials to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with company culture and objectives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, engagement, completion rates, and performance outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, self-development, and career growth across the organisation.
  • Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions that inspire confidence, participation, and real-world application.
  • Coordinate Learning & Development activity, including scheduling training sessions, maintaining accurate records, managing learning systems, and supporting a seamless learner experience.

Requirements

Hybrid role: 3 days based onsite and 2 days Working from home.

Location: Company Shop Head Office, Wentworth Industrial Park 1-4 Wentworth Way, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S75 3DH

Salary: £32'500

Hours: 08:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
