We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and digitally fluent associate to join our Learning & Development team. You’re the kind of person who looks at an AI tool and immediately starts thinking about how it changes the way people learn. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, you’ll explore new approaches to learning, experiment with AI and digital tools, and turn ideas into engaging, practical training. From trying something new to seeing it put into practice, you’ll help employees build confidence, embrace new ways of working, and make organizational change happen. You’ll support projects across AI literacy, change management, and learning rollout, with clear deliverables and visible results by the end of your term.
AI literacy (about 40% of your time)
Change and learning rollout (about 40%)
Coordination and reporting (about 20%)
