At PwC, our purpose is clear: to build trust in society and solve important problems.
This is a place to keep growing. You’ll learn from the best, take on meaningful challenges, and make a lasting impact for our clients, our communities, and Aotearoa.
Ngā kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role
Our Assurance Risk & Quality team is central to how we deliver high-quality audits, and learning plays an important part in that. As our Learning Advisor, you’ll coordinate the delivery of PwC’s Global Audit Curriculum for 400+ Assurance people across five offices, from graduates through to partners.
This is a coordination, systems and reporting role. You’ll manage the logistics that help learning run smoothly, administer our learning management system, and prepare compliance reporting that gives our leaders confidence our people are meeting their learning requirements.
You’ll work closely with the Assurance Learning and Methodology teams, People & Culture, instructors, our Acceleration Centre in Manila, and learners across the practice. Our busiest periods are January to April and September to November, when we prepare for and deliver most of our learning programmes.
You don’t need to be a Chartered Accountant or come from a learning background. If you’re highly organised, confident with data and systems, and enjoy keeping things moving, this could be a great fit.
