At Balance Mayfield, we help people of all ages build confidence and skills in the water. Our Learn to Swim program caters to everyone from beginners taking their first strokes through to advanced swimmers and competitive pathways. We also deliver school swimming programs and group bookings.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Learn to Swim Instructors to join our passionate team on a casual basis. In this rewarding role, you will play an important part in helping students develop lifelong water safety skills while creating a fun, engaging and supportive learning environment.
You are passionate about teaching and enjoy helping others achieve their goals. With a positive and energetic approach, you can build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues while creating a safe and encouraging learning experience.
