Our Team:
The Validation and Qualification team at Sanofi's Luleburgaz facility plays a critical role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. Our team is responsible for conducting rigorous validation studies and qualification activities that verify manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems perform consistently and reliably. This work is fundamental to our mission of bringing safe, effective medications to patients worldwide. What makes our team unique is the direct impact we have on product quality and patient safety - every validation study we conduct helps ensure that the medicines reaching patients are of the highest standard. Working with us means being part of a collaborative, detail-oriented team that values precision, scientific rigor, and continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities:
• Supporting validation studies and qualification activities for manufacturing processes and equipment
• Assisting in the preparation of validation protocols and test plans
• Collecting, recording, and analyzing data from validation and qualification tests
• Supporting documentation and report preparation for regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams on validation projects
• Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
About you
• Education Currently in 3rd or 4th year of undergraduate program in Chemical Engineering, or first year of graduate program in Chemical Engineering
• Soft skills Curiosity, attention to detail, teamwork, proactive mindset
• Technical skills Good ability to use MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel); basic knowledge of chemical engineering principles
• Availability Preferably able to work 5 working days per week, minimum 3 working days per week
• Languages Advanced English and fluency in Turkish are required
