Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitors Process & Arrangement​ – Manage end-to-end visitor reception, scheduling, facility preparation, and ensure a professional guest experience.
  • Lean related – lead continuous improvement project selection. Drive efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Government Affairs​ – Handle government communications, permit applications, compliance filings, and maintain good relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Department Purchasing & Inventory Management​ – Oversee procurement requests, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Certification & Pattern Management​ – Coordinate product/system and manage pattern/trademark documentation and renewals.
  • Video Production​ – Assist in planning, shooting, and editing internal/promotional videos; manage video asset library.
  • Report Preparing​ – Compile data, generate reports, and create presentations for management review and project updates.
  • Activities Support​ – Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, workshops, and employee engagement programs.
  • Complaints Related​ – Receive, document, and coordinate resolution of internal/external complaints; track feedback and recommend preventive actions.
  • GM Admin Support​ – Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Other works

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • English proficiency: TEM-8 or CET-6 with fluent speaking English​ – strong written and spoken communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); video editing skills are an advantage.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or lean management preferred.
  • Better with knowledge of lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and service awareness​ – able to proactively solve problems and support internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
