Leads Lean Six Sigma improvement projects to solve complex manufacturing problems through DMAIC methodology, data analysis, and process improvement. Provides leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, ensures alignment with organizational objectives, and builds organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
