APS Engineer
•Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing cost reduction, leading internal assessments and audits, deploying lean tools, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and Q5 mindset across the organization.
•Implement and sustain Autoliv (ALV) operational and process standards to improve KPIs, with strong focus on efficiency, waste reduction, and performance consistency aligned with global best practices.
•Develop and mentor teams, coordinate cross-functional follow-up actions, benchmark best practices with other sites, and lead improvement projects to ensure sustainable results and operational maturity.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, with minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
•Advanced English proficiency and strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, and project management. Availability to work in shifts to monitor, support, and train the team as needed.
•Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on cultural transformation, KPI improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
