The Operational Excellence Deployment Lead (OEDL) is part of the TWINSCAN Factory (TF) OE Staff and team. TF OE is the game changer for TF and directs the structural improvement roadmap towards Operational Excellence. The structural improvement roadmap is the One Single Agenda for TF with all initiatives, programs and activities connected to realizing the TWINSCAN Factory vision. The roadmap integrates Safety, Quality, Lean and Business Improvement and is event and deliverable based. TF OE drives TF to create sustainable improvement on the business performance focusing on a full-scale change of organizational culture. TF OE drives business performance impact, organizational maturity, preparing for the future and growing our people, and provides regular business support.

The Operational Excellence Deployment Lead (OEDL) focuses on executing the improvement roadmap over multiple TWINSCAN Factory department or area. You act as the co-leader next to the business leader to ensure the holistic change in both maturity as well as business impact (SQDIP).

ASML Twinscan factory is responsible for production and qualification of complex litho systems (XT, NXT). These systems are built and delivered to customer requirement, in time and at the right quality. To reach these goals we use the full capability and knowledge of our employees empowering them to excel in their jobs, work as a team and improve every day.

The OE Deployment Lead acts as a business partner, challenger and catalyst in changing leadership behaviors. TF has adopted the Lean philosophy and ways of working.

The OE Transformation lead reports solid into the Head of TF OES.

Role and responsibilities

Drive the transformation towards Operational Excellence of TF deployment areas

• Be the co-pilot for designated TF deployment areas
• Execute the standards (e.g. the Deployment Playbook) to implement OE methods and best practices and provide feedback
• Act as a trainer, coach and mentor for OE related deployment activities
• Be an ambassador of Operational Excellence, Lean values and practices
• Respectfully challenge the status quo and be a catalyst in changing (leadership) behaviors
• Build capabilities and develop the line organization
• Work in close collaboration with OE competences Safety, Quality, Business Improvement and Lean

Grow the TF OE team

• Be an ambassador of and actively deploy our TF OE vision and mission
• Actively support the development of the TF OE organization
• Drive OE teams' skills and competencies development
• Manage stakeholders and relations, to ensure well established relationships to key stakeholders, drive satisfaction and be a trusted partner

Ensure cross-(sub-)sector alignment on knowledge, Best Known Methods, standards and learnings across TWINSCAN Factory and ASML

• Actively drive sharing and leveraging knowledge, Best Known Methods, standards and learnings across TF OE competences
• Actively drive synergies between different OE competencies

Education and experience

• You are Bachelor Degree level educated
• You have 8+ years experience in Manufacturing environments (high and low volume)
• You possess expert knowledge of continuous improvement/ Operational Excellence/ Lean, Safety and Quality
• You have leadership experience within international/complex matrix organizations
• You have experience in Program and Project Management
• You have a proven track record in change management
• You can lead Value Stream Management and Kaizen events
• You are fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language

For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 90,500 euro and 102,000 euro​. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
