Your mission

Drive Lean transformation across multiple plants in the EMEA region. Develop site leadership and embed a sustainable continuous improvement culture aligned with central standards.

  • Lead and coordinate Lean / Continuous Improvement (CI) activities across multiple sites
  • Translate regional CI strategy into practical action plans and ensure execution with site leadership
  • Travel regularly across plants to support implementation and alignment
  • Develop and strengthen Lean mindset and culture within local management teams
  • Coach and support local Lean/CBS leads, including performance evaluation and development
  • Identify improvement potential and build a regional CI roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Drive implementation of Lean tools (e.g. Kaizen, Gemba, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership coaching
  • Ensure achievement of CI targets (cost, quality, delivery, productivity)
  • Align with central/regional functions to ensure standardization and best practice sharing
  • Support strategic planning (capacity, investments, headcount) from a CI perspective
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional and international projects

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement in manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of production processes and plant operations
  • Experience working in multi-site or international environments
  • Solid coaching and leadership development skills
  • Hands-on experience with Lean tools and cultural transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to drive change in complex organizations
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel frequently (EMEA region)
