Your new role

As LEAN Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening LEAN maturity and ensuring the strategy is translated into tangible operational improvements. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will help shape direction, drive continuous improvement, and enable sustainable change. The position is part of the leadership team with direct reference to the department manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving deployment of LEAN strategy into operational solutions that create measurable value
• Partnering closely with leadership to strengthen LEAN culture, standards, and maturity
• Coaching leaders and employees in LEAN principles, tools, and behaviours
• Identifying improvement opportunities through data insights and structured problem-solving
• Acting as a catalyst for change by enabling alignment between strategy and business processes

Your new department

You will join API Manufacturing M1, a unit of more than 650 colleagues across production and support functions. In API Manufacturing M1, we are responsible for fermentation, recovery, purification and drying of the final API, and ensure it is delivered to the next stage in the supply chain. We foster a workplace built on innovation, embracing change and diversity, and we act as a trusted partner to our stakeholders— delivering reliable API supply to Drug Product manufacturing.

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a collaborative and driven professional who brings strong LEAN expertise and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:

• A relevant academic degree and experience advising stakeholders across an organisation
• Proven experience implementing and developing LEAN, ideally translating it into tangible improvements
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and challenge constructively
• Solid analytical capabilities, including data analysis and identification of improvement trends
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Danish and English

You are a strong change agent who can set direction independently, build trust, and motivate others to embrace continuous improvement.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 651,000 to 956,900, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
