Your new role
As LEAN Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening LEAN maturity and ensuring the strategy is translated into tangible operational improvements. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will help shape direction, drive continuous improvement, and enable sustainable change. The position is part of the leadership team with direct reference to the department manager.

Your new department
You will join API Manufacturing M1, a unit of more than 650 colleagues across production and support functions. In API Manufacturing M1, we are responsible for fermentation, recovery, purification and drying of the final API, and ensure it is delivered to the next stage in the supply chain. We foster a workplace built on innovation, embracing change and diversity, and we act as a trusted partner to our stakeholders— delivering reliable API supply to Drug Product manufacturing.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 651,000 to 956,900, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
