As an Leads, Processes & Promotions Specialist you will be responsible for mapping the processes around leads and promotional activities within the Channel sales organization.You will bridge the gap between all current databases and optimize the workflow of the reseller requests. You will coordinate with Sales, offering management and marketing to implement sales driven promotions.
Key responsibilities:
Capture Reseller feedback from Sales and Demand Generation teams and present it in a structured way to the Marketing team looking to improve the reseller experience when it comes to the Vertiv Partner program, Vertiv Incentive program and all the related tools and promotions.
Be innovative bring your own ideas of improvements inside the team, look at each process and task with the goal of constantly improving it to bring more value to the customer, to you, the team and the organization.
Own your job approach your daily work and customers with ethics, responsibility, discipline and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the customers, the company and your development.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
