Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. With our Head Office in Beresfield, NSW, a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook, NSW, and an additional office in Queensland, we maintain a strong presence across all major sites in the Hunter region while expanding into the QLD market.

With a new project about to commence, we are currently seeking experienced plant mechanics and leading hands to join our team on-site. This is an opportunity to work on a 600T fleet within a business that invests in their assets and takes a proactive approach to maintenance.

About the Role

• Leading Hand and Step-Up Supervisor positions available to mobilise a new fleet to site on a 7:7 rotating roster
• Working 1-on-1 with the maintenance supervisor to fast track your skills and career
• Responsible for completing services, repairs and breakdowns of the 600T fleet of CAT trucks, dozers and graders
• Conducting daily plant inspections to ensure the equipment meets utilisation targets

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
• Post-trade experience working in the mining or heavy earth moving industry
• Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component change outs and servicing of heavy earth moving equipment
• Demonstrated experience with Liebherr, Hitachi and CAT large earthmoving equipment
