
You’ll work on large-scale projects featuring complex systems such as entertainment, navigation, and communication technologies. Together with your team, you’ll be responsible for the installation of a specific area of the yacht – for example, the engine room or the sundeck. You’ll maintain oversight, bring structure, and apply your technical expertise. You’ll be both technically involved and responsible for coordination – a role where you truly make a difference.
Your responsibilities include:
You act as a hands-on supervisor, sharing your technical knowledge with your team
You monitor progress and planning in your assigned area and make adjustments as needed
You collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure work is well-organised and efficient

You bring:
An MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
